Our story

For several years, a group of CEOs, senior GTM leaders and investors were concerned about the direction B2B SaaS was headed.  This came to a head following the disruption caused by the pandemic, quickly followed by the end of cheap money. The result was a slump in demand, a big fall in investment and massive job-losses.

The group believed the issues were not just a change in the economic environment but more fundamental.  Many companies had lost sight of the central role results for customers played in driving revenue across the customer lifecycle.  They decided to do something to help improve life for both customers and the companies that serve them.

 

 The Customer-Led Growth Forum was born.

 

The first task was to research and define the capabilities B2B SaaS companies needed to fulfil the core purpose of any B2B SaaS company:​

Deliver the measurable results to chosen customers

that creates profitable revenue for the company.

 

We are now on a path to build the understanding, tools and confidence to bring those capabilities to life.
