Service Description

Embarking on a new journey is often a challenge: an experienced guide helps. Our coaches have been there and done it. They will challenge your thinking, share their experience and provide that all important sounding board. The 12 month coaching program provides 2 hours per week for the first 12 weeks and 1 hour per week for the rest of the year (40 weeks) : a total of 52 weeks. Additional time is available if required. Our coaching program is targeted at CEOs - their leadership of a CLG program is critical. In exceptional circumstances, we will work with other GTM leaders but only with the express agreement and support of the CEO. The price excludes any travel and accommodation needed. Free Premium Membership of the CLG Forum for the duration of the coaching and the following 12 months is included.
